The steep slope of the land towards the sea inspired a terraced design, with the house structured across three distinct levels to harmonize with the natural topography. The upper floor features an infinity pool that frames the stunning views of Catalina Island while maintaining a seamless visual and chromatic connection to the sea. Water cascades from the pool to the second floor, forming waterfalls that not only enhance the aesthetic but also create a dynamic link between the offset levels, unifying the structure with its environment.
